Ellen Allien adds two exciting dates to her North American tour this September, as she makes an enthusiastic stop at Trade [Miami] on September 23rd, then up to Canada to play the highly acclaimed Piknic Electronik in Montreal.
Nearing the end of another gratifying yet hectic summer schedule, Ellen Allien anticipates her return to South Beach to play at Trade. The 7,500 sf. venue situated in the heart of Miami’s vibrant nightlife has hosted the most sophisticated names in underground dance music. After a memorable gig with Maceo Plex at this years Miami Music Week, Ellen Allien looks forward to return and play at this truly respected establishment.
Post Miami, Allien makes her way up to Canada for her Piknic Electronik debut in Montreal, Quebec. The summer series takes place at Parc Jean Drapeau-just 5 minutes outside of Montreal’s Downtown core. The event has been hosting undergorund dance music every Sunday from May-October for the past 10 years. The line-up features a unique blend of local and international underground acts, from deep and experimental to techno.
