Sidney Samson takes top honors in Holland receiving his countries most prestigious music award, a Buma Award, for his song ‘Policeman’ with wife Eva Simons. The pair wrote the song last year and it went to #1 in several countries, including The Netherlands. This is the first Buma Award for Sidney, who had this to say about his big win;
“It’s very special to be recognized by Buma and my country for the work I do in music. We don’t make music to get awards, but it’s a great feeling to know people like it!” -Sidney Samson
