Following the release of their latest EP My Head on Sweat It Out!, production crew Sluggers release “15 Hours” on Insomniac Records / Interscope Records, premiered on Billboard. A collaboration with Baltimore rapper, producer and singer-songwriter Spank Rock, “15 Hours” is a heavy hitter that melds the rapper’s signature slick flow with driving kicks, pounding bass and distorted vocals.
Anonymous Miami-based Sluggers have quickly gained attention for their unique beat work and edgy, club-focused cuts. After hearing their single “Rollex,” – and including it in his debut BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix – OWSLA boss Skrillex commissioned the release of their Phantom Fade EP on the label. Following up with noted releases including Voyager on Main Course, their split release Courtesy / Hypr on Fool’s Gold, an official remix for Diplo’s “Revolution” and plays at Ultra in Miami, EDC Vegas and Tomorrowworld – 2016 looks to be their brightest yet.
Constantly exploring the best new sounds in dance music, Insomniac Records is dedicated to curating a diverse catalogue of quality releases in all electronic genres.
